How to search job boards with Google

    Tell us the job you want

    Type a job title, such as Project Manager. For more than one role, separate titles with commas. We’ll look for pages with those titles.

    Add details if you like

    Add a city or the word “remote.” Open “Narrow your search” to choose job boards, a date range, or extra keywords. Every filter is optional.

    Search on Google

    Choose “Open in Google” to see results in a new tab. Check the posting date and requirements on each listing. Save your search here if you want to use the same settings again.

A few things to know.

What is a Google dork?

A Google dork is a search built with Google's advanced operators, like site:, intitle:, and after:, to find pages a normal keyword search misses. JobDorking chains together the operators job hunters use most, so you don't have to memorize the syntax.

Which job boards can JobDorking search?

LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, and ZipRecruiter are built in. You can also add a custom domain. Results include pages available in Google's index, not every listing on each board.

Does JobDorking scrape or store job listings?

No. JobDorking only builds the search-engine query in your browser. It doesn't crawl job boards, store postings, or require an account, and results come straight from Google's own index.

Why do I see fewer results with the 24h filter?

Google's after: operator finds pages it considers updated after a date, not a guaranteed job-posting date. Some new listings may not yet appear in Google's index. Try 3 days or 1 week, and check the posting date on the employer's page.
