Search Greenhouse’s public job-board host

Greenhouse boards commonly use boards.greenhouse.io. Start with that host and a role title, then keep the date range short if you are looking for new openings.

Use company names carefully

Add a company name when you are researching a particular employer. For a broad search, leave it out: the point is to surface roles from companies you may not have thought to visit directly. Add terms like remote or a city only when you are comfortable excluding results that do not use that exact wording.

Check the listing itself

Search results are a shortcut to public pages, not an application record. Open the employer’s listing to verify the location, job description, and whether the role is still accepting applications before you spend time tailoring materials.
